Fibre Glass Mesh Fibreglass mesh is manufactured by weaving from fibre glass yarn. It has excellent properties like high strength alkali resistance, water resistance, thermal resistance, rot and mildew resistance, temperature resistance, flexibility, softness and resistance to aging. It is used for water proofing on roof in almost all types of structures i.e. buildings of residence, industrial or commercial, hospitals, multiplexes, schools, colleges, metro stations etc. It helps in reducing the wear and tear of the roofs. It is a high heat and chemical resistance material therefore provides a good insulator and stops the heat from the roof making the top floor cooler.
Fibreglass Fabric is much cheaper then silica fabric and it is the replacement of asbestos. It also does not cause harm to health & it is economical heat resistant & fireproof fabric.
